Виды столешниц из искусственного камня

Материал, выполненный на основе кварцевой, гранитной или мраморной крошки (до 90%), скрепленной полиэфирными смолами.
Эти столешницы можно назвать дальними родственницами натуральных, так как хоть и в раздробленном виде, но камень в их составе всё же присутствует.
Преимущества и недостатки таких рабочих поверхностей
Главным преимуществом композитных материалов является то, что они не требуют особого ухода. Такие столешницы не нуждаются в дополнительной чистке, отбеливании или покрытии воском.
Также к несомненным плюсам искусственного камня следует отнести его:
- высокую механическую прочность;
- влагостойкость;
- экологичность;
- не подверженность воздействию радиационного фона;
- вариативность форм и оттенков.

- более 100 разнообразных оттенков;
- возможность изгибаться и принимать различные формы;
- практически полное отсутствие швов и стыков.
К недостаткам этого материала можно отнести:
- восприимчивость к воздействию температур ( при температуре выше 180 градусов материал начинает деформироваться);
- склонность к впитыванию жидкостей (следовательно вино, соки и другие красящие жидкости вполне могут оставлять следы на поверхности);
- подверженность механическим повреждениям (непосредственно на самой поверхности не желательно нарезать продукты).
Поэтому акриловые столешницы лучше устанавливать на кухнях у внимательных аккуратных хозяек, которые будут осторожно относиться к своей рабочей поверхности.
